Terms and Conditions:

Once you have completed your registration, please read your Order Confirmation email and Receipt to make sure you have registered with the correct information BEFORE the start of the forum. If you find you’ve been registered with incorrect information, please contact us at 212.598.4567 ext. 204 and update your record.

INSPIOR:

INSPIOR is the agent for all registration and payment processing for the "Generating Value from Your Online and Offline Marketing and Branding - Part I" forum.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Outstanding balances are due prior to the start of the event(s). Admission to any portion of the event(s) will not be allowed and registration credentials will not be issued until all fees have been paid in full.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All credit cards are processed at the time of your registration.

All on-site purchases must be made with credit card or cash.  Checks will not be accepted.

If you change your credit card after you've been successfully charged or change your payment to another method, you will incur a $50 administration fee that must be paid at the time of the change.

If your credit card is declined, DO NOT submit a second registration or register multiple times. If your credit card is declined, please contact your credit card company first to inform them of the issue and contact us at 212.598.4567 ext. 204 after you have spoken to the credit card company.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute another person by email at gderenoncourt@inspior.com. In the event no substitution can be made, you may submit a cancellation request in writing.  Cancellation requests received 30 days before the event will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event, as well as unused registrations will not be refunded.

INSPIOR and CMI reserve the right to cancel duplicate or unpaid registrations or tickets without notice.


SUBSTITUTIONS:

Substitutions, including those made on site, are allowed with the permission of the original registrant. A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials with no adjustment to the registration category or payment. Substitutions may be made by contact us at 212.598.4567 ext. 204 leave a message and someone will get back to you.

If when making a substitution you require an alternate payment, such as a change in credit card, or payment method, you must contact the registration center to facilitate the change at 212.598.4567 ext. 204.  A $50 administrative fee must be paid at the time of the change.  If the substitute submits a separate registration record and payment online, without working through the registration center, the cancellation policy will be enforced for the original registrant.

Agenda Modifications:

INSPIOR.com reserves the right to change curricula, rules, fees, and other requirements, of whatever kind, affecting registrants. The provisions of this email-catalogue do not constitute a contract, express or implied, between any applicants, registrants, or faculty/speaker and INSPIOR.com , CMI or its agents. The policies, regulations, procedures, and fees in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice, if necessary, to keep policies in compliance with State and Federal laws and/or with rules and regulations of INSPIOR.com.


INVOICES:

You may print an invoice upon completion of your registration.  The invoice can be printed immediately or emailed to the address specified with your registration.


RECEIPTS:

Receipts are only issued to registrants who are paid in full. Receipts will be sent via email to the registrant’s email address upon registration.


BADGES:

All persons desiring access to event activities must have a badge visible on their person at all times. Spouses, friends, peers, etc are not granted access to event activities without a badge. If you wish for them to accompany you to any of the events you must register and pay the associated fees.


HOTEL AND TRAVEL:

Individuals are responsible for booking and canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.  In no event will INSPIOR nor CMI be responsible or liable for a participant's hotel or travel costs.
