Applications Developer-Design & implement custom software applications using Coldfusion, C#, ASP.net, SQL, XML, JavaScript & Photoshop.
General Description
Design & implement custom software applications for INSPIOR clients. You will be working as part of a team of contract programmers and will be communicating directly with clients. Some examples of projects you will be expected to work on are: developing new web sites for businesses and organizations, developing E-Commerce strategies and applications, working on Intranet applications, improving and implementing content management systems, and upgrading existing web sites. This is a job for those who like to use their skills to develop solutions for our clients. There is a unique blend of individual assignments and team support

INSPIOR is currently seeking help in the installation, support and repair of our clients' corporate network systems and applications.

Job Requirements
-
Strong interpersonal, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- 1 to 3 years Microsoft Based networking experience. Management of Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Support of TCP/IP based appliances including NAS, Printers, Wireless Access Points and Multi Vendor VPN's and Firewall.
- Complete understanding of backup functions, Raid configuration and repair, and Antivirus applications.
- Mastery of PC Repair and maintenance.
- Associates degree is a plus. Must be willing to continue on certification track to achieve and maintain their MCSE.
- Regional travel to client sites.

Job Title: Web Producer (Full Time)
General Description
The Web Developer will lead all development and integration efforts - internal and external - for the website and also maintain/enhance the site architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment to maintain and build the site in conjunction with marketing, editorial, and creative team members, as well as outsourced services.
The Web Developer has ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity and stability of the site, and for the servers, databases, and applications on which the site is based.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Working with hosting provider, maintain internal, development, staging and web servers, as well as databases used for content delivery and content management.
- Maintain and develop technical infrastructure for editorial and production team managing site content (video, graphics, text), including FTP servers.
- Working with internal and external teams, develop and manage applications for website, including news wire feeds (AP, AP Photos, Getty Images, etc.).
- Develop and re-design news feeds to be compliant with new manners of receiving data for site, including XML, Atom, and RSS feeds. Develop external push or pull as needed for delivery of text and/or video content.
- Maintain page templates, CSS, website forms, and site publishing applications, such as Content Management System.
- Support advertising placements and ad tags throughout page templates on site as well as with third party ad server code and on third party sites.
- Support graphic production for content and advertising elements, such as homepage skins, buttons, or site graphics. Carry out image preparation where needed for advertising and editorial elements of the site.
- Maintain electronic newsletters, polls, and other applications that are standard tools of a content and advertising-based website.

Job Title: Trade Show / Event Manager (Full Time)
General Description
This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing all aspects of exposition services, trade shows, meetings and seminars to ensure successful events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate all meetings, from onsite seminars to offsite technical seminars to worldwide sales training with international distributors. Manage all logistics including accommodations, meeting room layouts, transportation, catering and other on-site services, off-site social functions, literature, technical services, and all logistics.
- Work with internal/external representatives from three distinct business units on executing the tradeshow and meetings.
- Administer and coordinate all tradeshow related logistics including show services, marketing materials, accommodations, transportation, badge registrations, on-site services, technical services, booth set up, product placement, etc. Oversee the shipping of all tradeshow materials, including booths, graphics, displays, literature and product inventory.
- Conduct pre-planning meetings to develop timeline, product lists, attendee lists, theme, and all logistical needs. Manage the budget of all trade shows, meetings and related activities. Identify optimal, cost effective use of booth properties (most owned; few rented).
- Provide analysis and written summaries evaluating tradeshows and meetings' success and future opportunities for improvement. Provide thoughtful perspective on evaluating tradeshow and meeting options, including 3rd party research and trend information when applicable. Provide final proofing of marketing/media materials before output.
- Supervise Trade Show Associate. Perform all phases of training to subordinate personnel.

SCOPE:
The position is responsible for managing all tradeshow planning and logistics from beginning to end with minimal supervision. All responsibilities and logistics are handled internally with minimal external resources. The incumbent is required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking. We participate in annual conferences and trade shows in North America.
Exhibit size ranges from tabletops to 40x40 ft. booths. Annual travel: 10% - 20%. Supervision includes one (1) Trade Show Associate.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to lead development of roadmap for overarching, annual conference program.
- Must have excellent PC skills, including familiarity with Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- International tradeshow experience desirable. Knowledge of shell scheme planning desirable, e.g. for international shows. Knowledge of virtual tradeshows desirable.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Must be willing to work extended hours.
- Excellent time management skills with sense of urgency.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel nationally/internationally.

Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Trade Show Management or approved equivalent. 3-5 years experience leading all aspects of exposition services, tradeshow functions, from planning to personally handling all logistics. Must have managed 7+ shows per year and or 1 conference with 150+ exhibitors.
